Refund Policy on e-Books and PDF Documents
I have provided samples of these products on this website so that you can see what you are getting BEFORE you purchase. There is NO REFUND on e-Books or PDF documents.
Refund Policy on Physical Products
Physical items such as books or kits, which are in new, unopened and unused condition, may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Mail to Cindy Downes, 1608 E Tacoma St. Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Your money will be refunded the same way you paid.
Refund Policy on The Checklist Assistant Subscriptions:
You have five (5) business days to evaluate The Checklist Assistant. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please email me for a refund. Your money will be refunded the same way you paid.

To Purchase by Snail Mail:
If you would like to purchase your order by snail mail rather than over the Internet, please mail your order to me: Cindy Downes, 1608 E Tacoma St., Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Include a note with your order with: items purchasing, quantity, email address, phone number, address where you want your order mailed (if a physical product), and a check for the total amount due. Include applicable tax (8.5% OK only, physical book only) and shipping (15% of total order).

I am unable to accept international orders for print products. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase digital products, please email or call me.
